Slipped away peacefully on Saturday, June 5, 2021, aged 88 years. Loved husband of the late Kath, loved uncle of Fred, Denis, and Lance Gear; Denise Cox, Terry Potter, and Janet Hardcastle. Passed away suddenly at home on 3rd June 2021 at the young age of 64. Son of Leonie and Noel (dec) and brother of Anne. Caring Uncle to Ashton and step-father of Tiana.

Aged 51. Dearly loved son of Muriel and Roy Mathieson. Dearly loved brother of David and Jane, Trina and Shane, and Debra. Aged 60. It is with great sadness we share that we lost our only brother unexpectedly on May 31st 2021 in Taupo. Husband of Vanessa Kelly, and most loving and fun dad of Stella. Son of John (dec) and Mary (dec) Brown, brother of Mary-Lou and Peter Cranshaw, Caroline (dec) and Clive Robinson, Nathalie Brown and her companion Paul Sinclair, Paddy-Ann and Rod Pemberton, and John’s brother Michael Hedlund and his wife Sheryl. Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. He has been cremated and a celebration of his life at a memorial service will take place in Taupo on Saturday, June 26th at 11.00am at The Founders Chapel of Remembrance, 117 Rickit Street, Taupo. On June 7, 2021, passed peacefully at Christchurch Hospital with family by her side, aged 72 years. Dearly loved wife of Rex, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Jonathan, and Scott and Kate, loved sister of Julie, Peter, and Fiona. On June 10, 2021 at Glenwood Rest Home, Timaru. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Dearly loved wife of the late Doug. Dearly loved mum of Julie, Gary, and Chris, and mother of Tina, and mother-in-law to all their partners. Loved nana of all her grandchildren and great- grandchild. On June 6, 2021, surrounded by family, John passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, after an unexpected medical event. Dearly loved husband of Marilyn, much loved father of Priscilla, and the late Craig, adored granddad of Jade, and Samantha. Loved son of the late Chrissie and Bruce, loved brother of Barbara, Diane, Judith, and the late Margaret, loved brother-in-law of Murray, George, Grant, David, Graeme, and their families.

Passed away 4th June 2021. In accordance with Gloria’s wishes a private service has been held. The family would like to thank all the staff of Wards 23 and 29 at Palmerston North Hospital and the wonderful angels at Arohanui Hospice who cared for Gloria.
