THOMSON, Gay Elizabeth (nee Oliver)

Gay passed peacefully on 18 November, at Rhapsody with family who loved her. Much loved wife of Vaughan (deceased). Loved sister-in-law of Darryl (deceased) & Valerie, Arlene Chinnery Bown (deceased), Wayne & Gwen, Lynton & Val, Denise & Clive Walton, and Margaret Doyle. Cherished by her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-niece and nephew. In accordance with Gay’s wishes she is having a private memorial service.


BRIGGS, Colleen Marjorie (nee Darrell)

Peacefully on November 19, 2018, at Essie Summers. Very much loved wife and best mate of Brian for 63 years; and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Terralane and Brian, Darryl and Josephine, and Kerry and Lisa. Adored grandmother to Sarno and Jean, Leome
and Michelle, Samuel and Jessica, Kevin and Fiona, Connor, Caitlin; and great-grandchildren Evie and Dante.
A life lived to the full with kindness and love.
Special and grateful thanks to Colleen’s “Essie Summers family” for the wonderful care she received during the last 2 years. The funeral service to celebrate Colleen’s life will be celebrated in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from Whitmore or London Streets, Christchurch, on Saturday, November 24, at 10.00am. Private interment to follow. At Colleen’s request, you’re invited to bring a single flower from your garden to place on her casket.


FRASER, Raewyn Elizabeth(Clerk / Mowday)

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday 19 November 2018. Much loved Mum to Philip. Mother-in-law to Natasha. Grandma to Aidan. Loving sister (Sis) to Stuart, Winston and the late Neville. Sister-in-law to Jenny, Bev and Carol. Lifetime friend to Karen.

Our funny man Don passed away with Farrah holding his hand after a very brief illness. Very loved husband of the late Dianne. Adored father of Lance (dec), Kayne (Mandurah), Dellon & Gina (Wellington), Farrah & Steve Williams (Mandurah), Quentin (dec), and Jarmal (Wellington). Adored Poppa of his awesome grandchildren and good friend of Sue Fryday (Mandurah). Loved son of the late Laurie and Alice Mokau, brother to John, Joan, Marilyn, Laurence (dec) and Jenny. On 18th November 2018, peacefully at Rangiura Rest Home. Aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Ralph.
