Peacefully passed away on Sunday, 16 June 2019. Loved wife of the late Robert Rawiri. Loving mother of Darrell, Barbara, Nigel and Craig. Much loved grandmother of four grandchildren. A Service for Rangi will be held in Raungaiti Marae, 6428 SH 24, Waharoa, on Thursday, 20 June 2019 at 11.00am, followed by the burial at Raungaiti Urupa, Waharoa. Julie’s Celebration of Life will be held in Kingswood, cnr King and Cairo Street, Upper Hutt, on Thursday 20th June at 1.00pm, followed by burial at Akatarawa Cemetery.

CRAVINO, Michelle Terese

On 14 June 2019, in Wellington. Adored wife of Chris Hurd, and cherished mum of Henry and Ted. Treasured daughter of Paul and Lois Cravino, much loved sister of Tasha and Tai, and amazing aunty of Isabel and Harry. Loved by Chris’s family – Carol, Tim, Rachel and Tim, Jacob, Aidan and Peter. A much loved granddaughter, niece and cousin to the Cravino, Tunnicliffe and Durie families, and loved stepdaughter of Joseph Driessen. Michelle’s family are very grateful to Dr Anne O’Donnell and the team in Ward 5, Wellington Hospital, and the staff at Mary Potter Hospice for their care, support and kindness. Passed peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital, on Sunday 16th June 2019, aged 68 years. Dearly loved wife of the late John. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Tania and Mike Fleming, and Lynette Knuth and Steve Murray. Dearly loved Gran of Caleb and Derryn. Dr Paula Marjorie McKellar (nee Angelo), formerly medical practitioner in Opunake, passed away midday at Taranaki Base Hospital, New Plymouth, on Sunday 16 June 2019. She was 101 years old. Mother of Sonya (Australia), Rolland and Bernice, and mother-in-law of Stephanie. Sister of Gwendoline Hardman (nee Valentine), Arnold Angelo, Maurice Angelo and Henry (Harry) Angelo. Grandmother of Gavin, Rachael and Carol, and grandmother-in-law to Paul. Great-grandmother of Isaac and Lucas. (Rachael, Paul and their sons live in England). Celebration of Paula’s amazing life will be held on Saturday 22 June (10am) at St Paul’s Church, Opunake. As in line with Paula’s wishes a burial will follow. Instead of flowers we prefer donations to charities relating to drug addiction and alcoholism (issues dear to Paula’s heart).

Aged 84 years. Ruth passed away peacefully on June 17, 2019, at Dunedin Hospital, in the loving arms of her family. Dearly loved wife of the late Mervyn Perrin, loving mother, mother-in-law and friend of Gail and Colin Gorton, Keith and Wendy, Hazal and Kevin Dowling, Carol and Lindsay Soper, Brenda and Peter Nutsford, and Wendy and Graham Veitch, cherished Nana, Grandma and Great-Grandma of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren from New Zealand and Australia.
