Passed away peacefully on Monday 16th April 2018 at Whangarei Hospital surrounded by his family, aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of Adele and the late Sidney Katrine. Loved father and father-in-law of Mark and Sharon (Perth), Lindsay Harvey (Tauranga), Stuart and Claire (New Plymouth), Roger and Catherine (New Plymouth), Rachael White (deceased), Matthew and Georgie White (Keri Keri), Catherine and Murray Dunn (Keri Keri) and Richard White (Coromandel). Loved Grandfather of his 17 grandchildren. A service for Rodney will be held in the St Joseph's Catholic Church, Powderham Street, New Plymouth on Saturday 21st April 2018 at 10.00am followed by the interment at Awanui Cemetery.

Passed away suddenly in Auckland on Sunday 15 April 2018. Dearly loved daughter of Graham Ellett and Dianne and Enrico Chiessi; amazing Mum of Jade Hinekura Thomas; loved sister of Joanne Proctor (Atlanta, Georgia, USA) and Peter Ellett; loved aunty of Blake Ellett, Savannah and Alex Proctor.
A life cut short when she
still had much to offer.

On April 16, 2018, peacefully at home, aged 61 years. Dearly loved husband of Mary de Roo. Loving father of Frankie. Much loved son of Joyce and the late Ronald. On April 16, 2018, suddenly at home, in his 90th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Dorothy (Dot). Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Chris and Jane (Culverden), the late Philip, Brent and Jan (Amberley), Tim and Leigh (Brisbane), and Max and Judi (Timaru); loved Grandad and friend of Hamish and Sarah, James and Pascale, Whitney and Henry, Hayden and Cass, Aleisha and Kyle, Brooke, Olivia; and great-grandfather of Archer, Cooper, Ella, Indie and Lilly. Special thanks to the staff of Amuri Health Centre and the District Nurses. Messages to 358 Pahau Reserve Road, Culverden 7392. Passed away at Chalmers Rest Home on Tuesday 17th April 2018, aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Norma. Loved Poppa to Bradley and Alexia, Brendon and Ingrid; Emma, Chloe and Ian, Jasmine, Talor and Tollie; Kayla, Samuel, Jay and Rhian; Nicole, Sean and Aaron. Great-Poppa to his 9 great-grandchildren. Youngest son of the late Irene Mary and Martin Mathew Holland, loved brother of Justin (Winton), Adrian (Invercargill) and the late Sally Treymaine (nee Holland), and the late George. A cherished uncle to all his nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Joe’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Saturday 21 April 2018, at 10.00am, followed by private cremation. BROADHURST, Patrick Richard

Of Papakowhai, Paremata. Passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital, on Tuesday, 17 April 2018, surrounded by his family. Dearly loved husband of Hilda, and treasured Dad to Patrick, Sean, Richard (dec) and James. The family wish to thank the Wellington Free Ambulance, Hutt Medical Staff and the District Nurses for their devoted care and attention to Patrick. The family would especially like to thank the staff of Wellington Hospital for making Patrick’s last days so comfortable. Patrick will lie at Whakarongotai Marae, Waikanae, on Wednesday, 18 April. This will be followed by a Requiem Mass at the Marae on Thursday, 19 April, commencing at 11.00am, followed by an interment at the family urupa, Ruakohatu at St Luke’s Church in Waikanae.

After a brave battle, he shut his eyes and went to sleep peacefully. Loved forever and always our strong and humble hero. Truly loved husband of Thelma. Loved father of Paul and June; father-in-law of Deborah. Treasured grandfather of Ali, Leif and Jacob. Adored great grandfather of Ash, Ikaia, Vettori, Roman, Tayla and Azlan.
