Classical Mat Pilates:

Mat Pilates for Seniors:
When: Every Thursday morning
Time: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Dance Freestyle

Ideal if you live on own as purchasing 6 packets of seedlings isn't always ideal.
I can give you 2, 3 or 4 seedlings if you want. Just let me know.

These can be grown in small containers such as an ice-cream container. No need to have heaps of garden space.

We are still on the lookout for somewhere after the sale to store all of the empty boxes for next year so if you know someone who has half a metre of wall- space at the back of a warehouse or similar please let us know.
