We are still looking for SINGLE MEN to come along to the speed dating event this Saturday night. We have a full contingent of keen lovely ladies.

Details are as below so jump on board for some fun. You don't have to love cats, you just have to love animals. Catnap is just the venue, and yes $10 of your entry fee goes to help Cat Rescue but hey it is sharing the love around and that is important also.

DID YOU KNOW: Men who like cats are awesome. Fact* 👱‍♂️🐈

Even better, we have 24 ladies who are keen to meet some awesome men at our Speed Dating event this coming Saturday! 😮 If you are, or know of, a cool dude who isn’t afraid to try something a bit different (and potentially meet someone special 🥰) jump over to our website to book a spot! - catnapcafe.co.nz/speed-dating

We still need men for all three age brackets in order for this event to go ahead: 20-30, 30-40 and 40-50. This is a great chance to meet new people, hang out with some super adorable cats and help raise much needed funds for Cat Rescue Christchurch - this event will raise at least $500 for them and with kitten season upon us they need all the help they can get! 💰

We need your help to make this happen so please spread the word by sharing: tag your mates, tag your mates‘ mates, make a sign that says ‘Toot for Catnap Speed Dating’ and stand on the corner, everything helps! 🚗

*We asked Henry and he said so. He’s got a Degree in Cat/Human Relationships from Harvard so he knows what he’s talking about. If you’re still not convinced see below for photographic evidence from the Catnap archives 📷

Go and register vi the link on the Catnap Cafe Event page on facebook.

Special thanks to Share My Pet for helping out with this event 😊

Beautifully set in this ever popular corner of the city is this appealing character bungalow here in Rose Street!

Our owners where instantly attracted to this home with its perfect location, its timeless bungalow features and its well laid out section; it is perfect for the kids, pets and everyday enjoyment. But now firm new plans are set in place and thus a sale is needed ASAP!

The home itself is well cared for and offers 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom and living areas that are interconnected. The lounge flows effortlessly out onto a covered patio and the private front yard which enjoys the last of the afternoon sun! While the kitchen is smaller it offers all that you need and also still allows for further enhancement as and when you wish.

The larger back yard will see the kids being happy for many hours and also has a gate out to the park...now how is that not attractive! A double garage allows for plenty of space for storage of the toys or secure parking for the vehicles.

Tucked in at the base of the Cashmere hills your lifestyle is simply looking better here, enjoy walks and runs around the river or maybe up in the hills or even a quick visit to the adventure park or Pioneer Pools, all the recreational opportunities are literally on your door step here! Not to mention great schooling options with Cashmere High a few hundred meters down the road and in zone for Thorrington and Somerfield Schools

106 Rose Street has definitely been a brilliant home for our sellers but the time has come to move on leaving you the opportunity to make it all yours! Contact us today for further details and to avoid disappointment.

Auction: To be held 11am, 11 October 2019 at Ray White City Office, 76 Hereford Street, City Centre, Christchurch (unless sold prior)
