We have a friendly group that meets once a month, here is a pic of some of us at our recent group - we have a nice small gang of regulars who come now.
Come and try it out - soothe body and mind with a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace. Ongoing first Tuesday of the month. Next one Tue 6th of June 1 - 2.15pm
The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation. Meadowbank Community Centre. Bookings essential. Contact me
