We have a friendly group that meets once a month, here is a pic of some of us at our recent group - we have a nice small gang of regulars who come now.
Come and try it out - soothe body and mind with a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace. Ongoing first Tuesday of the month. Next one Tue 6th of June 1 - 2.15pm

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
