At MECOSS', Dealing with Difficult People capacity-building clinic, last Friday afternoon, Communication Specialist Nikki Zanchi BEd(Hons) DipCouns, explained to us that to handle unreasonable and difficult people is to truly master the art of communication. She gave us strategies and made us aware that as we utilize these skills, we may experience less grief, greater confidence, better relationships, and higher communication prowess.
