Tawa By-Election 2021
I am Tim Davin and am standing for theTawa Community Board in the current by- election.
I have been a resident of Tawa for 34 years. I am a member of Our Lady of Hope Church, the Tawa U3A, and the Tawa RSA.
I have civil engineering and public policy qualifications and have worked for the Wellington City Council, and in senior management at the Porirua City Council and Local Government NZ.
I have some great ideas for improving the Tawa & Linden shopping centres, commuter car parking, upgrading the two critical road bridges in Tawa, and upgrading some playgrounds. For further information have a look at my Candidate Profile Statement at wellington.govt.nz...

Stamps wanted
I run a Stamp club at Tawa School to encourage children to collect stamps and learn about countries, history and more. Unfortunately new stamps aren't often seen these days as it's all electronic! If you have any stamps or old collections sitting around, let me know and I'll come and get them.
