But because of COVID-19 our important May 2020 Street Appeal can’t take place.
No matter what, our work at Mary Potter Hospice carries on, day and night, week in and week out. Our care is always there, through every crisis and emergency.
Please help Mary Potter Hospice continue to provide its free-of-charge hospice care to people with a life-limiting illness in Wellington, Porirua and Kāpiti.
Please help us, help others and give generously this Annual Appeal .

They will increase parking charges and the time that you can be charged (e.g. evenings), they will make you pay for parking where your kids play sports, near recreational activities, parks trails, etc. Have your say, read the policy before it is too late. We will no longer have a vibrant CBD because people will shop and dine in Petone and LowerHutt.
They will even give themselves the authority to charge parking on streets in the suburbs like Tawa, Johnsonville, etc

Porirua Book Club starts again this Monday, 25th May. Please email fejoac@gmail.com if you're interested in attending. It's very low key, and at the moment, we just pick up a bag of books from Porirua library -WHICH IS OPEN AGAIN HOORAY! - and we all read the same book, have a chat about it the following week, and have some nibbles. A different member hosts it each week. That's us.
