Automated Phone Messages from Spark
hi all, this is a bit weird and I don't know how long it's being going for but sometimes when we answer our phone it's an automated message from Spark saying they are going to disconnect our landline. We are not Spark customers. Today there were three but it does not occur everyday. It only happens during the day and I have noticed it because of lockdown. As the calls are automated, it can't be a scam but maybe someone is checking if anyone is at home? Just want to see if anyone else is getting then before I call Spark (it's a bit creepy). thanks, Louise

Police are seeking the public’s assistance to locate missing person Ella, who has not been seen since Saturday 27 December. Ella was last seen wearing grey pants, a pink shirt and slide-on slippers. Ella is believed to be in Johnsonville, or the wider Wellington City area. Police and Ella’s family have concerns for her wellbeing and would like to see her return safely.
