We have a 57sqm 2 bedroom small cottage to sell, we are currently living in it but will be moved out of it and it needs to be off the property by 1st October.
This house has a master bedroom and a single, both with wardrobes. Washing machine has been connected up inside hallway cupboard.
Location is Titahi Bay Porirua. Viewing welcome, it has a kitchenette, underfloor insulation and 3.5yo carpet. Shower over bath and a separate toilet. Will put up a floor plan when I can locate it, around 6.5m X 8.5m. Piles, stairs ect not included, offers around $30,000, you will have to arrange own moving company, this is an easy 1 truck move with no roof drop.
