So we’ve just announced our 5th fee cut in 5 years. From 1 April, we’re lowering our total fund charge to 0.30% across our Conservative, Balanced and Growth KiwiSaver Funds and our diversified investment funds. Says Sam Stubbs, Simplicity MD: “Being a KiwiSaver manager involves huge economies of scale. Fee cuts in our industry should be frequent, but they aren’t.”

We've got some bits of pallets left from a reclaimed wood project. The wood is all heat treated, so you don't have to worry about chemicals, but it has some nails left. Perfect size for firewood, come grab it at 114 Gloaming Hill Titahi Bay.

It's also a good time to clear your roof gutters and down pipes, these are source of water damage under or worse into your house when they spill over.
