EVENT DETAILS: Date: Tuesday 4th April Time: 7.30pm – 8.30pm

Participants must register in advance for this event here. Once registered you will then be sent the access link.

We look forward to seeing you there, and to finish off - here's a message from Sam himself...

"Hi,

Having strong, resilient communities is essential as it improves the wellbeing of individuals, family/whānau and the wider community. The science of wellbeing tells us that people with strong social connections are happier, healthier and live longer.

That’s why I’m inviting you, your family and team to join me in this free, online session where I’ll share how I support others and get through challenging times.

The chat box will be open throughout for questions. This session is being offered by Farmstrong in partnership with Neighbourhood Support New Zealand.

To register, simply click on the link here. I look forward to chatting with you all then.

~Sam Whitelock"
