New Zealand is the only western country not to offer specialist Arts schools for students who are naturally creative and talented.

These students are marginalised in schools whose primary focus is STEM and sport.

Many of these students suffer from depression and behavioural problems as a result. Specialist Arts Schools have very low to zero bullying and provide the type of learning environment that best supports creative young people.

We'd like to create a specialist Arts High School (think FAME) in the arts capital of New Zealand, Wellington!

The school would offer specialist training in Music, Drama, Dance, Visual and Digital/Media Arts.

We'd love your feedback during the planning process.

Hey Neighbours

I've collaborated with Turtle from Suckerpunch and he is running an extra session this Sunday afternoon at 1pm at their gym down in the Station Village.

No lying around this Sunday, get moving, get active, get healthy.

Everyone welcome - no problem that it's Father's Day, bring your Dad.

The workout is $10 per person - work at your own level. It's cardio/strength followed by some work on the punching bags. You will definitely get your sweat on but do your own Level 10 - work at YOUR level.

I'll have $5 nutrition shakes available afterwards - proceeds go to Herbalife Family Foundation - supporting at risk children.

Bring your own shaker or purchase one on the day for $5.

Would love to see you there!! Spaces are limited though so make sure you get in touch to RSVP.

Have an amazing day.
