Finishing up the great and interesting weekend with some Christmas punch and an Anniversary cake to say a big Thank you to the volunteers for all the hard work that helped to make a very successful weekend and allowed many of the Levin Community to reminisce of days gone by and plan for the future. Also a big Thank you Horowhenua Councillors and Council staff who paid us a visit . It was much appreciated by the Thompson House Committee.

About 2 weeks ago I sent a lengthy email to Crewcut about getting our section tidied at Scotts Ferry. They have not had the courtesy of replying so far. I cannot manage it anymore as I'll be 88 in March if I last that long ?
