Hi neighbours! I hope your doing well in topsy turvy 2020!
My main full time job outside of Creative is working for a media company looking after clients advertising requirements. We have some great support specials to help businesses atm and some stupidly good options for next week too.

We have a very engaged large audience and options locally and nationwide in print and online.

I offer no obligation support to help businesses get what they need to thrive and meet their goals.

Please reach out if you have any questions, needs or want to see how we can help you - comment on this post to keep it live for others to see.

Hi Neighbours πŸ‘‹
I hope you are all well and safe at home, working or otherwise, not going to crazy! 🀯

❀ I wanted to touch base with everyone today - I know everyone is being effected with different challenges physically and mentally.
We all have little ideas and tips that can help each other so how about you comment below with, for example:
-Something you are struggling with.
-A "shout out" to something/one that helped you.
-Something you have found helpful with agjusting and feeling good.

πŸ€”I have seen these as helpful to some:
-Talking about things - you can get or give reassurance and relief.
-Trying to give yourself a schedule, fresh air and physical activity.
-Not being to hard on yourself is important when adjusting to challenges and change.
-Think about how those around you are feeling.
-Its important to focus on positives,(talking can help here too) if we focus on negatives then that is what we have and how we feel, its sometimes hard and could feel like clutching at straws focusing on positives in hard times but its so helpful, gets you more mentally focused and more able to get what you want/need and feel good.
-Every step counts, don't be hard on yourself, reach out, focus positive.
-Do something to relax - everyones different e.g. have a bath, read a book, be *CREATIVE*, meditate, netflix and chill or even just doing nothing can sometimes be nice.
-Activities with children and/or pets at home (where applicable)
-Doing things you enjoy or can enjoy after - for example
~anything you have wanted to do, learn etc (thats possible) give it a try, or look for something new online
~We cleared up some garden and its so nice to see it tidy out the window each day.
~I made some recipies I had never made before but had wanted to, was bit of fun/learning, came out great and family loved them too.
~General tidying "been meaning to get to" - feels so good after
~Declutter - a clear space can be more physically and mentally comfortable
~ I also have on my list to tidy my cupboard, make some creative pieces, get my work out schedule back on track (so not just sitting round working and eating :/) along with other things

-Google is also a fantastic tool when stuck for ideas, as is your social media platforms and commnuity on neighbourly, facebook, intagram, pintrist etc etc

I have included the link to where the information in the image was found. If you need it I hope there is something to help :)

I look forward to seeing all the comments and people supporting each other. We are all very lucky in many ways, stay safe, be kind ❀

2020 will see me trying to be more active with my hobby creations around other commitments and work. I love creating bespoke pieces that are loved by customers and the people gifted to, so want to get more done this coming year than previous years have allowed.

You might not know what you want but we can talk about the person and come up with ideas. Our imaginations are the limit!! (Mines pretty active πŸ˜‚)
Please give a couple of weeks notice so I can ensure it will be ready in time around other commitments 😊

There is no commitment necassary to discuss what might be right for you.

Oh look at you....still here reading πŸ˜‚ Good on you. Heres to a Happy New Year and decade!! πŸ₯‚

Sadly this message mostly isn't for you, however if your have any questions or requests for my services please get in touch (text or emails best). FYI There is very limited space for Christmas orders (as below sheds light) often people leave it till to late to ask πŸ˜”
While their are some creations on my profile - we can discuss what type of bespoke piece may suit your requirements best 😁

Now for the reason I'm posting....
It's for all the marketing places who have been repetitively calling me. Please do not waste your or my time as already asked, I'm not a business (as mentioned in the description of this listing and on the calls -this is a hobby) I enjoy to create and share the joy with the bespoke pieces I make - usually at a loss to me due to the amount of time spent on the pieces.

I have very limited time around full time employment, my home, family and family's sports, I need more time than I have, as most families do. I have to make time for orders and enjoy the opportunity to do so where able.

So as you can imagine I dont advertise (other than this listings presence) supply cannot meet the demand and no profit gained (bar the enjoyment of creating and seeing the receivers joy) If I charged a rate to run a business the cost would make it less accessible and less enjoyable.

Neighbours still reading?? Wow! I hope you at least enjoyed the cute photo! (Washing baskets are very effective cat traps)

We love feijoas and are lucky to have some abundant trees this year, although as seen here my gathering has been interrupted πŸ˜‚πŸˆ

Sometimes it can be hard to use them all and sharing is great. If you like to whip up a treat now and then or get *creative* in the kitchen, there's many tasty ideas for feijoas! Many are simple as adding to sponge or apple crumbles, pie, slices etc. Do you have a favourite blueberry muffin recipe? Try swaping out for fejoa!

Remember if you want to do any pruning or shaping, plan for end of harvest!

Share with our neighborhood in the comments what your tips and ideas are πŸ˜„

Hi Neighbours,

I have been encouraged to start sharing special things I support locally and Nationally with you all on here.

Here's the first one I am going to share - Wellington Children's Hospital -providing specialist care to sick Children (similar to Starship-they do have to work together), these guys are hands on, making sure they run efficiently and importantly they work hard to make sure the kids and their families are comfortable and well looked after during their hard time and that the facilities support and provide a healing comfortable environment .

Alot of us would see our children sent there for specialist care god forbid they need it. I have meet the people that run the foundation and work closely in the hospital, they are a caring, heartfelt and hard working bunch who give, give, give.

Hopsi the Lion is their very cute mascot, he often visits children in the wards to bring happiness to their days (they take turns manning the outfit and feel privileged for the children's happiness). Children get a little soft toy Hospi to keep them company too. They work hard to have nice areas for the children and their families - trying to make those hard times just a bit easier and fund state of the art equipment to support their care. (like vein finders - and their new kids hospital!)

Every little bit helps so if this is something you want to support I encourage you do, there is also some cute merchandise on their site which also goes to support their great work.

I will try to give regular (not to frequent) updates on different charities and organisations that I support and are close to my heart.

I would love to hear about the charities and organisations you support and that are close to your hearts - please share this in the comments below <3

It's so hard to pick a favourite - so many goodies - one of my favourite's would have to be the Sleep book, loved as a kid, never got old (still own it - no cover now)

To celebrate, download these awesome Dr Seuss assets and enjoy the timeless antics of the Cat in the Hat!

Hi Neighbours! I hope the silly season isn't being too silly for you! Some have time some need time, either way DIY Christmas stuff can keep the kids busy, entertained (out of your hair) and help the fun and magic of Christmas.

Google searches will give you an array of ideas, projects, decorations and games. I found a couple of stuff.co.nz articles with some cool ideas I thought I would share.

- What to do with all those cards! See some ways to creatively display them here.
- Want to create your own paper baubles? Here are some great DIY ideas for that!
- There are 5 cute DIY ideas here.
- And who can forget Christmas Dough decorations - I remember them from school.
- Along with a wreath here are some more cool ideas.

- Even some festive colouring can be great to keep them entertained, decorate and give you some time, google images and many websites have great printable options here is a google search.

As adults often we are caught up in the stress and timelines of Christmas - remember the magic and help the next generation enjoy it, but hey don't forget to enjoy it yourself - that is what it's all about. :) I wish you all a very safe, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. See you in 2019!

(I'd love to hear/see you ideas/feedback in the comments!)
