This architecturally designed executive four year old home is in one of Christchurch’s most sought after locations and the eye catching quality is apparent throughout.

Set on well-appointed corner site with extensive landscaping and security gate, the privacy on offer here makes it hard to believe you are so close to the hustle and bustle of Merivale cafes, bars and shopping. Zoned for Christchurch Girls and Boys High as well as walking distance to the top private schools that this location has to offer.

The homes features include four bedrooms - master with tastefully tiled ensuite, walk in wardrobe and access to its own private outdoor area, large open plan living that can also be closed off to cater for practical day to day family living, feature gas fire as well as ducted reverse cycle heating system throughout to make this home comfortable all year round, a stylish functional kitchen with breakfast bar, walk in pantry and quality appliances, ranch sliders opening to a choice of two separate outdoor living spaces - great for summer entertaining, an automated irrigation system, alarm, speaker system, internal vac system, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, insulated internal access double garage, and a large storage attic with reinforced floor to give plenty of storage.

Don’t delay viewing as homes of this calibre don’t last long. Contact Ken Sharplin on 027 432 4912 for more information.

After nine days, Benny the beagle was found alive and Zane formed a lasting friendship with Benny’s owner, Matt Newman-Hall. “What Zane did is incredible … I find it really amazing that someone was willing to go that far for a complete stranger,” he says.

I’ve been making this beautiful creamy yoghurt now for 9 years and have kept the culture going all that time . I use organic milk and cream, and it’s so easy to make, you just add about one and a half litres of milk or 50/50 milk and cream ( which is what I do) to a cup full of the culture, and leave it at room temperature. (24 hours in the winter, 14 hours in the summer) and it’s done! You put it in the fridge to chill and it’s ready to eat! Before you start eating it you keep a cupful in another container for your next brew. You will LOVE the taste. I’m offering a cupful for $10.00 and if you take care of it you have it for life! Your yoghurt from then on will only cost you the price of the milk. Lovely for breakfast with your fruit and cereal. To research Caspian Sea Yoghurt go to Wikipedia ...here.. en.m.wikipedia.org...
