Looking for a cheap Lexus? Look elsewhere, as this is possibly the best LS430 available. Genuine low mileage. Excellent condition vehicle.
I have owned this car for the last 6 years and it has been brilliant. Shouldn’t really be selling it but I couldn’t resist buying a new model Lexus, so this one is available to some lucky person.
V8 offers great power yet amazing economy for its size. I easily get 9L/100km on a trip.

This car travels better than 90% of brand new cars. Exceptionally quiet, smooth yet powerful, luxury on wheels. Great towing car, Lexus tow bar fitted. I have this set up to provide 12 volt power to caravan while towing. (Those are the connections you can see to the left of the normal trailer connector)

All body faults clearly shown in pictures, everything else is near perfect. Only other things to note CD not working (I use my phone for music), main key is worn but offers keyless start and entry, and everything works as it should, key just doesn’t look pretty.

Service records available including Cam belt change.

Original handbook tool kit first aid kit grooming kit all present.

Too many features to list here, so have a look on google to find them all.

This car has blue tooth phone connection (you can see the Bury Bluetooth unit in the centre of the lower consul)

Why buy a rattly unreliable Commodore or Falcon or a Celsior without a history, when you can have a New Zealand new Lexus.

Check the google reviews on this car you will struggle to find a bad one!!

I am happy answering questions via Trade Me or phone.

Inspection will impress any mechanical check is more than welcome.

Personalized plate NOT included.

Price: $7,000

After many discussions our owners have decided to go country which creates an opportunity for you to secure this four bedroom home.

This home has undergone modifications and offers a unique layout with opportunity for different living situations. The configuration could be a great Air B&B or extended family option.

The modern kitchen and dining area are open plan with the bonus of a butlers pantry. Your winter comfort is assured with consented logburner.

The two separate living areas overlook the gardens and open out onto the covered deck which could be enclosed with blinds allowing this area to be turned into a separate outdoor space allowing for entertaining all year round.

A double garage and plenty of off street parking for extra vehicles/trailers/boats etc. add to the many options this property offers.

Offering a handy location close to shops, schools and public transport and a short stroll to the Bishopdale shopping centre, this family home really does have much more to offer than meets the eye.

My owners minds are made up and this home must be SOLD on (or before) Auction Day, the question is - Will you be the lucky one?

AUCTION - 11:00am, Friday 29th November. Ray White, 76 Hereford Street. (Unless sold prior)

Fireworks are a ton of fun but carry real risks that need to be taken seriously. If you plan on lighting some here's some tips to keep everyone in your community safe and happy.

❌ 1. Never light fireworks in dry or windy conditions.

🔥 2. Only use fireworks in wide open areas, away from flammable items such as trees, grasses, gas tanks, and wood.

💦 3. Keep a bucket of water or hose nearby.

👧 4. Children should never light fireworks themselves and need to be supervised closely at all times.

🧰 5. Keep all unlit fireworks in a secure bag or container away from any source of fire until they are ready to be used.

📞 6. Be considerate and let neighbours know if you're planning to set off fireworks. Aim to finish at a reasonable time.

🐱 7. Keep pets comfortable and secure inside. The loud booms and flashing lights can easily scare them off.

🐮 8. Avoid lighting off fireworks around farm animals and be aware of any newborns or elderly neighbours who may also be affected. If possible, change locations to somewhere that minimises any disturbances.

🌿 9. Be a tidy Kiwi and let's work together to keep New Zealand beautiful! Clean up any any rubbish and leave your spot better than you found it.
