A very socially distanced mindfulness info session.. TONIGHT at 7
Hi Neighbours, people are being more cautious, and so I have just had a couple of cancellations of people who were going to come along to my free info session tonight, because one of them had a Covid test. Good on them.
So you would be very welcome if you want to find out about mindfulness - we will be a very, very small group, 2 m plus social distanced, masked until seated, double-vaccinated, bookings essential - tonight 7pm in Meadowbank. It is friendly and relaxed. see my website by clicking Read More or contact me on 021 255 1485

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
