Half yoga lesson, half lay-down meditation by the sea. All good for beginners!

Hey Neighbours! If you haven't had a chance yet, come join our friendly, non-judgmental group on Thursday evening at Kohimarama Yacht Club for a 1 hour class. The sea is our soundtrack as we let go of the week and get ready for a relaxed weekend ahead.

Bring:
- Yoga mat, blanket, pillow (a few to borrow, first come first served)
- $15 (bank transfer available)
- A friend, or yourself just as you are!

Class:
- 1/2 hour yoga lesson in plain language
- 1/2 hour guided lay-down meditation
- Proven to help with sleep, stress and more
- Every Thursday evening
- Arrive 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start

Everyone is welcome here regardless of ability, body shape, age, gender or outfit. Simply bring an open mind.
