As I do care a lot naturally as part of my personality and in my business as a holistic practitioner I have to be mindful to refuel myself. For me it’s going to a dance, yoga or Pilates class or spending time gardening or walking along the beach. We so often forget to make ourselves important and to protect a bit of time to reinvest in yourself without feeling guilty about it. Especially when you have younger children or elderly to care for. Yet especially then you need to self care to be able to give care with strength and love. May this be just an hour a day to do something that re energises yourself and reassures you ( body-mind-spirit) that you got your own back.
Regular self care strengthens the trust connection to yourself thus lowering stress levels and Cortisol levels investing in a healthy and happier you.

I have two ovens that really needed a good clean as they haven't been done for some time! Mac (Mushfiq) came to do this job for me and arrived at 1pm and took him 3.5hrs to give them a really good clean(they were so dirty). I was very impressed with his lovely manner and the way he conducted himself. I would highly recommend him and his wife Tanzina who I haven't meet as yet as the job was just a one person job. I will be using him/them again.

* 1 and a half packets of newborn nappies (about 85 nappies - one pack unopened, other obviously opened as half removed)
* 4 packets of wet wipes
* 8 packets of baby change mats (4 in each packet, all unopened)
* 2 trays of Wooden letters (used these for some baby gifts so some letters missing as can be seen in the photo)
* Baby lotion, oil, powder, bottle, flannels etc

Trying to clear out the house and fundraise for my son’s football trip to train in Manchester next year so selling as a bulk lot for $25.
