Greetings Neighbours. On the afternoon of Sunday 12 October I fell over outside 38 Polygon Rd sustaining a cracked vertebrae, scrapes and bruises. I spent the following 8 days in hospital. I'm very grateful that a number of kind persons came to my aid. A few days later in my letterbox there were 2 lovely cards and a batch of homemade chocolate chips cookies from Olivia, Emma and Rich and also Amelia. Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
