Pre-loved powerful vacuum cleaner wanted
My previous vacuum cleaner has died and I’m after a vacuum cleaner that’s powerful in suction as I have a cat & I have long hair that needs the vacuum cleaner to handle all of it
I’m on a very tight budget so if there are anyone out there who can help me with my dilemma and can do me a very good deal I would love to hear from you

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?

Can anyone please help with transporting supplies to the Tokoroa dog shelter?
Hello Neighbours
I’ve collating donations for the SWDC dog shelter (near-expiry food; towels, blankets, plastic beds, toys, etc). There’s enough already to fill a 4-wheel drive or big ute but, at least, a BIG boot full. It would be great to get this to the shelter (esp. the short-dated food) ASAP
