One on One Mindfulness locally

Eve from Eve Rudkin Mindfulness

Hi Neighbours, some of you may know of me from the popular group mindfulness sessions I run at the Meadowbank Community Centre. Due to demand I am now also offering individual mindfulness coaching.

I love to help people learn to live with more ease, peace, well-being and joy, through increasing their mental, physical and emotional well-being. The sessions can be tailored to any level of mindfulness experience including complete beginners.

• Learn tools that enable growth and personal resilience

• Establish a habit of mindfulness practice in your everyday life

• Learn better ways of self-regulation of your nervous system, mind and body

• Improve your attention, concentration, relationships and sleep.

• Reduce the impact of stress, anxiety, depression

• Find your way through transition, crisis or loss

I offer a free 15 minute chat for you to find out more and see if this could be right for you

Click Read More to find out more about what I do - I also offer custom courses for group bookings.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
