Benefit from the tranquillity of a retreat, very safely run. Options for all levels of meditation experience.
It will include various mindful practices including gentle movement and stillness, with options for everyone.
COVID SAFETY: Fully outside, with exclusive access to the bathroom in the retreat centre, limited numbers. Socially distanced, masked unless seated/yoga mat, double-vaccinated.
