A very socially distanced mindfulness info session.. TONIGHT at 7
Hi Neighbours, people are being more cautious, and so I have just had a couple of cancellations of people who were going to come along to my free info session tonight, because one of them had a Covid test. Good on them.
So you would be very welcome if you want to find out about mindfulness - we will be a very, very small group, 2 m plus social distanced, masked until seated, double-vaccinated, bookings essential - tonight 7pm in Meadowbank.
