Hi Neighbours - I am hearing from many people saying they are exhausted at the end of 2023. You probably feel you are too tired to do anything extra, but that is a downward spiral....

For an antidote to exhaustion, join our friendly small group for the final session of the year, includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation, and option for a chat and a cuppa too. With me, Eve Rudkin, registered teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction.
