Mirrors, free for pickup in pakuranga / mt wellington area. one wooden framed, one has a nice frosted frame built in.
Both have hanging systems. One was in a spare room which we renovated and no longer fits and one was in our lounge at our previous house.

πΏ WhΔngai is a customary MΔori practice where a child is brought up by someone other than their birth parents β usually another relative. WhΔngai may be temporary or permanent. A parent who takes on a child is called a matua whΔngai, and the child is a tamaiti whΔngai. The child knows both its birth parents and whΔngai parents, and the whole community is usually involved in the decision.
πΏ Reasons for whΔngai include:
* finding a home for an orphan
* taking in a child from a large family that was struggling to support all the children
* taking in a child whose parents were young
* grandparents taking in a mokopuna (grandchild) and teaching them tribal traditions
* allowing children to inherit land.
πΏ A whΔngai adoption is recognised with regards to succession to MΔori land. Also, whΔngai parents (matua whΔngai) of a child aged under six years can apply for paid parental leave for the period of time when the child begins living with them.
πΏ A child of a whΔngai adoption (a tamaiti whΔngai) cannot challenge a will under the Family Protection Act.

The terms can be in a separate document, or on the back of things like tickets, quotes, terms of trade or invoices.
Examples of such contracts are rental car agreements, gym memberships, gas and electricity contracts, finance agreements, and retirement home contracts.
Normally you cannot cancel a standard form consumer contract if you change your mind part way through, but there are some situations where you may be able to e.g. where there is a βterminationβ clause in the contract giving you the right to cancel with notice for certain reasons, if the other party agrees to accept your cancellation or where they breach an important term or condition of the contract.
Under the Fair Trading Act (FTA), businesses must not include unfair terms in consumer contracts e.g. allowing them to cancel or renew the contract, or to vary the goods or services they provide you, or to change the price payable without giving you the right to end the contract.
If you think your rights have been breached either under the Fair Trading Act or the Consumer Guarantees Act, you can seek a remedy.
