De stress during study time

Owner from Balance for Life

Exam time is always stressful and can worsen anxiety and the body will show that by tensing certain muscles to brace for the worst. Best way to snap out if it is to exercise and take regular breaks during study time. Make sure you drink sips of water throughout the day. Have a little reward milestone thing you do every day like an hour with friends or fav movie or walk along the beach whatever floats your boat. My daughter loved her massages, yoga and running to keep her physically snd mentally strong
All the best of energy and strength to all the students out there ❤️❤️❤️
