It is a different class every week so you will never get bored. The ladies that come are such a great bunch of humans. You will get a fantastic workout with great music and make some wonderful friends.

Especially great for mums who can't otherwise get out to exercise during the day, come along when bubs/kids are in bed and have some "me" time.
