Wife went to Chemist Warehouse, Botany to pick up prescriptions. When she got given them she checked them off against the receipt. One item was missing but receipt said it was issued. When she got given them she checked them off against the receipt. One item was missing but receipt said it was issued. When she asked about it, they said it was out of stock and they'll owe her. She asked about the incorrect receipt and got told it was just their system and not to worry. Wife did worry and wouldn't let it go and got them to amend the receipt showing the allegedly issued medication as 'owing'.
According to the original receipt she was issued with prescribed medication when in reality she hadn't. Have a safe summer.
