The one bathroom is between the living room/kitchette and bedroom, so friends can come over and use the bathroom without needing to enter your bedroom.
Beautiful area with just 5 mins walk to the Eastern beach and Mcleans Park. Granny Flat is part of a new house as well with double grazing so keeps you warm and feels very new. There is much privacy as the entrance to the place is by the side on its own.
Very safe area in Auckland and excellent landlords. We are moving out only because we are relocating so am finding someone to take over the flat. This is arguably one of the best place we rented in Auckland.
Rental at $430 excluding water, electricity and internet. Water and electricity are separately metered. Internet is at $45 a month. Take over date 18 nov 17. The flat will be handed over empty except with some whitewares.
