Granny Flat in one of the most beautiful new houses along Mellons Bay area : One bedroom (plus another walk in room connecting).
There is a kichenette with relatively big living room for hosting your guests. Bedroom is right at the back so there are privacy if you invite friends over. The one bathroom is between the living room/kitchette and bedroom, so friends can come over and use the bathroom without needing to enter your bedroom.
Beautiful area with just 5 mins walk to the Eastern beach and Mcleans Park. Granny Flat is part of a new house as well with double grazing so keeps you warm and feels very new. There is much privacy as the entrance to the place is by the side on its own.
Very safe area in Auckland and excellent landlords. We are moving out only because we are relocating so am finding someone to take over the flat. This is arguably one of the best place we rented in Auckland.
Rental at $430 excluding water, electricity and internet. Water and electricity are separately metered. Internet is at $45 a month. Take over date 18 nov 17. The flat will be handed over empty except with some whitewares.

Hi everyone,
I’m moving to Wellington for work and looking for a place from 16 February 2026. I’m 22 and starting a full-time role as a young graduate professional in IT/Data Science in the CBD.
I’m tidy, respectful, quiet, non-smoker, and like keeping my space clean. Outside of work I enjoy music and photography, but I do keep things quiet at home. I don’t have a car, so good bus access or train to the CBD is important.
What I’m after:
-Prefer living alone (studio/bedsit) but open to a quiet flat with other Asians too
- Easy bus access or walking distance to the CBD
- Furnished
- Close to a supermarket
- Long-term
- Budget up to $400/week
- Move in early Jan or early Feb 2026
