Hi Neighbours, I am happy! I have been restarting groups in person! It is sooooooo nice to be in the room with people.

Tomorrow I run a relaxing mindfulness group, all levels of experience, gentle movement & stillness. First Tuesday/month, 75min, online option.
Room carefully managed for covid safety - masked until seated, vaccinated.
