Looking to join a Meadowbank mindfulness meditation group?

Hi Neighbours, join with other Mindfulness meditators for a friendly session including a talk, some movement, a meditation, and a discussion. We will be meeting next Tuesday 11th at 1 - 2.30. Ongoing this session will run on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, at the Meadowbank Community Centre. Koha appreciated. If you want to come, please register a place with me and come 5 mins early to meet me before the session starts.

This would suit people with meditation experience, if you have none but are interested, see my website and register for a free introductory session.
