We are running our 110th Annual Bird Show to be held at Botany Downs Primary School, Mirrabooka Ave, Botany Downs - June 8 and 9
Over 300 birds on show, bird sale, seed, cages, toys for sale, plus sausage sizzle and don't forget talk to the experts on the breeding, raising and care of your pet birds.
Open to public Saturday 12pm to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 12:30pm

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
