Podcast
Listen to this podcast 'Stirring the Pot' with HERA (Heavy Engineering Research Association). They generously sponsored a kit called 'A Load of Rubbish'. This kit teaches students about recycling, linear and circular economies and aligns with HERA's sustainability goals. Students also get to play with several different super absorbent polymers, make their own bio-plastic out of cornflour and investigate 7 straws from the raw materials through to the end use. When I visited HERA to show them the kit, they were blown away by how comprehensive it was and that the kits are bilingual.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
