Would you like to support a 9 year old boy with autism a few afternoons a week to socialise around his community and build his skills at home?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun and engaging person to help out 5-10 hours per week in East Auckland. If you are a strong communicator who is looking for long term and meaningful work this could be the solution you are looking for.
Your time will be split between heading out to the local pools or parks and staying home to practice literacy skills or participate around the house. This is a great opportunity if you have an interest in teaching, nursing or social services. It would be amazing if you have experience with kids or people with autism, but this is not essential.
A drivers licence and covid vaccinations are essential for this role.
