Community Networking Meetings
MECOSS Community Networking Meetings are an opportunity for local service providers and residents to network, promote their services and learn about the great work happening in Auckland's, Manukau East.
Each meeting features a guest speaker. At Friday's meeting Simon Julius talked about Sewtec Fashion Academy - an NZQA registered, category two Independent Tertiary Institute founded in 2001 established to provide a high standard of practical, hands-on education.
Students learn about sewing/garment construction, design and pattern making and fashion design.
Sewtec offer free trials so you can be sure it's the right educational fit for you!
With campuses in Manukau and New Lynn, Sewtec offer a complimentary pickup/drop off service to and from Papatoetoe train station to their Manukau campus. For further information call - 0800 SEWTEC (0800 739 832) #SayYESToFashion #Sewtec
