Wheelie bins to replace rubbish bags
Residents in the former Manukau City Council area will have to use bins instead of bags for their household rubbish from September.
Thousands of wheelie bins will be delivered to houses in June and July, but won't be used until September 4. Only rubbish in the bin will be collected once the service begins.
