Two candidates declared for run-off
People contemplating running for the vacant Botany subdivision seat on the Howick Local Board have less than a week to get their candidate nomination forms lodged. Nominations have to be submitted by midday on Thursday, December 22. To date, two candidates, Mike Turinsky (Practical Not Politics) and Mark Johnson (Labour), have entered the by-election race.
