Are you concerned about pest wasps?
I am posting on behalf of the Moths and Butterflies of NZ Trust, this survey undertaken by their team. It only takes about 5 min to complete.

These pests are introduced species, NOT our native wasps. They are five species giving the others a bad name. Attached are a couple of photos taken at the Franklin Farm. They show that eggs and caterpillars don't stand a chance, unless we do something about it. In our neighbourhood there were no butterflies or bees last summer, just bumble bees and wasps.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
