Poll: How safe are we?

Jenny from Titahi Bay

I live in the Wellington region and we are apparently waiting for the next big earthquake to hit our region. Local buildings are being forced to make changes to protect the public, just in case that earthquake happens.
When I shop I visit several supermarkets, including one that is very proud of the fact that they have pallet loads of goods stacked above the aisles, a few of the aisles have cages in place to stop movement but most of the aisles don't.
My questions for you are - if you use this supermarket chain:
1) Have you have visited in a region not expected to have earthquakes (Auckland) - have any cages been put up above the shelves?
2) In earthquake prone areas, has your local supermarket put up cages for your protection? I would hope that all the stores in the Christchurch area have been done.
3) Have you ever looked up at the top of the shelves and seen all the items just waiting for the day they can come down on staff and customers? I don't fancy my chances of being able to dodge them in the packed aisles.

CONTINUOUS GLUCOSE MONITORING (CGM)

Raymond from Tawa

If you are still using the Finger Prick method to monitor the blood sugar levels, here's some good news.
There are now several products in the market that allow you to do the monitoring with a sensor that is attached to the arm.
The challenge is most of them cost around $100 for a 14 day use.
Now there is Caresense Air that is way more affordable;
1 unit is $60 + postage but if you order
6 units, the price comes down to $48 +postage per unit.

I am inviting anyone interested to contact me so we can make use of the bulk order discount.

PS: I am not an agent or distributor for Carensense Air. Just thought of making use of the bulk discount.
