Poll: Miserable, frustrated or bored at work? I’d love to hear your story.
I’d love to hear your challenges, where you're stuck, what's stopping you being happier at work. In return, I’d be happy to share some positive, practical, insights (from my research) to help you achieve more wellbeing and happiness at work.
I’d also love your help. I'm an academic researcher (on happiness and wellbeing at work) who wants to offer a practical way of helping people enjoy their work more. I would like to start an online coaching business.
But, I really need to know what sort of coaching would be useful to people i.e. what people really want. That's why I'd like to talk to real people like YOU!
Perhaps you'd have time for a 20 minute phone chat? If so, please message me with a phone number and some times next week that would work for you (or text me on 021-137-9801).
P.S. I'm definitely not trying to sell you anything. This is pure market research on my part (unless you make a specific request to work with me).
l Iook forward to hearing from you!
Dr Kathryn Owler :)

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
