On Whatipu - A journey 22 & 23 Feb

Ashley Grogan from UXBRIDGE Arts and Culture

Nina Johnson has come to wilderness of Whatipu to reckon and wrestle with her identity and the musical manifestation of who she truly is. Far from the land of her birth, she encounters her grief as the ghosts of family lost wash ashore. Nina must face the past that they carry with them, and embrace the tides to rediscover her song.

An artist’s journey told through film, puppetry, music and spoken word, (on) WHATIPU is an original devised piece by Navi Collaborative alongside other Auckland creatives. Book now at www.uxbridge.org.z...
