Young girls approached and followed by man in East Auckland
A group of 11-year-old girls were allegedly approached and followed by a man on their way home from school in Auckland on Wednesday.
Amy Mcauley said her daughter was on her way home from Bucklands Beach Intermediate School in east Auckland when a white man in his 30s approached her and her friends.
"It was pretty creepy for her. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to get the number plate or anything because she was too scared to get her phone out and thought she might be robbed," Mcauley said.
The incident happened in Wells Rd, Bucklands Beach and the car the man was driving was described as a dark green Toyota Corolla. Read more here.
