Self Defence Lessons Steve’s Super Charged Saturday
Next Saturday 21 July at Howick Recreation Centre there will be a selection of great fitness lessons!
At 12.30-1.30 - there will be Self Defence with Antoine de Bruin - 5th Dan Black Belt, and Nicola de Bruin - 4th Dan Black Belt from GKR Karate.
Sadly in this day and age it is imperative we have some self defence knowledge to help us feel more aware and confident in our day to day lives.
The class will cover safety awareness principles, basic self defence moves and practical application of techniques. It will be a light hearted environment and enjoyable for adults and children alike, so no need to feel uncomfortable.
Bring a smile and your inner Grrrr! 😁
Open to Women and Children.
All classes $5 per person per class! All funds go directly back to Steve.
