Porirua skatepark - what do you think?
We're keen on feedback on two projects in Porirua - the upgraded skatepark and the mural on the side of the building where the i-Site used to be. Artwork for the skatepark cost $17,000 and $28,000 for prep and maintenance. No figures yet on the mural. Happy with the end results? Are they enhancing the CBD? - Comments may be used in print unless you state otherwise with NFP (not for print).
Stamps wanted
I run a Stamp club at Tawa School to encourage children to collect stamps and learn about countries, history and more. Unfortunately new stamps aren't often seen these days as it's all electronic! If you have any stamps or old collections sitting around, let me know and I'll come and get them.
